Processing and delivery
Orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days after you place them. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays.
Our products ship from our supplier's overseas warehouse. During busy periods or holidays, delivery can take a little longer.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $22.00 or more ship free.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days, please contact us and we'll help.
